yeT another week had gone.. so happy!! but i still haf to work.. i m looking forward to get my cheque next mth!!! *GrInz* then i gonna book chalet for my team!!! i cant wait to go tok n play wif them.. heHe.. PLAY!! n i mean it.. honestly.. i miss the guys too.. OK.. wat happened today.. i felt so malu today.. so many stupid mistakes made!
First, i transfer a call from someone who is looking for job to ANdY who is the director k! but it is not my fault.. i told anDy hu it was n he was like okay.. so i tot can transfer.. next time i shall ask them wassup.. haIz.. then in the end Mas n thINna came over to tell me next time be careful when transfering calls... "-_-
Secondly, there was this client coming in to make payment n he was in a rush so he was like keep telling us that he nids to go by 7pm.. then make us even Geri so panicky... arGh!! then he came over n ask me wat is the rate today so i told him 2.97!! but Geri told him 2.98!! sUckz la.. then the guyz said tat he can amend the cheque wif 2.97 rate.. chaM!! this is really bad mistake.. though Geri din come to scold me.. Nas came over to remind me next time to not ans such questions coz i do not noe the details tat they haf discussed... haIz.. this is kinda bad mistake..*sObz* Geri was in gd mood today so i din get really bad scolding from her.. *pHew*
was sucH a bz day today.. i alMost died!!! bz until drop dead.. this is the 1st time bz until so jialat.. the phone rang non-stop n i mean it.. it is like while i m ans the current call, the next call is waiting to pick up.. it was continous.. n if u guyz understand, we haf 20 phonelines.. so u should noe how bad it was~ *wOrn out* these few days the presentation ends really late at 9+ almost 10.. yesterday was 10.10pm.. i reached home 11.40pm! today luckily, my fren drive all the way to fetch me home.. so paiseh.. but consider me heng.. i m dead tired today...
