I felt everyone needed a chance.. a second chance.. maybe a third one.. for the same matter but for some matter we just cant past for a second chance, dont you agree with me?? I feel so strongly to blog abt this topic.. A chance...
There are like a few auditors in my company auditing for of coz our accounts and they are very young auditors probably the age slightly above 22...mayb just graduate from school? or just had a year or 2 experience only.. does that mean that they would not do a good job? does that mean that they should nt be hired? does that mean they wont gain experiences down the road of their working lives? each of us deserve a chance to prove ourselves so do they.. i just dont understand why some ppl could comment they ask stupid question, these people are simply too mean and nv spare a thought that one day their kids would grow up and enter the working society and they too deserve an opportunity or a chance from ppl to learn and grow? how would they feel as parents if your children are being called stupid and comments like this? All of us grow and learn along the whole lifetime, if nobody wants to give fresh graduates and inexperience ppl a chance to learn, how would they be able to gain their experiences from? and why the society is chosing the younger ones rather than the older working group? see, society is confused.. on one hand they want young fresh youngsters, yet on the other keep complaining that they are too inexperience.. vice versa... sometimes, i just cant help but to feel angry for these ppl although i am not the victim.. pls, ppl wake up your idea and stop asking for perfection...
Society ask us to give a second chance to those who are jailed before and are we really do so?? i guess many are trying hard on the surface only.. look how many employer is willing to hire someone who is ex-jail bird... i can be sure it is a handful and i respect those ppl.. i admire them coz i might not be able to do that myself... at least i know i always give ppl the benefit of doubt and another chance as long they are willing to change for the better... the world is round, what goes around comes around...
